The FEP is committed to adopting a playing style, strategy and system that gives each individual player the opportunity to succeed at every stage of the developmental process and programme.
A commitment to values throughout the Programme will ensure players are prepared for the transition through the various years of the Programme.
Each developmental phase will have a set of criteria for players to follow, allowing them to make appropriate progress and transition. Coaching sessions will also be adapted for each phase of development.
Education Programme
The FEP is committed to ensuring that each player on our programme reaches their full academic potential. We firmly believe that it is our duty and responsibility to arm students with the education, skills and tools needed to succeed in the modern world. That philosophy isthe driving force behind every interaction, strategic decision and programme offering.
We appreciate that every player is unique, and the support needed by each player is different. We therefore provide bespoke support for each player as and when it is needed. This could include but not limited to, extra tuition and support with exam preparation.
