FEP TRIALS

We put a huge amount of importance to our recruitment and recruitment strategy. We recognise that for the programme to be successful, and to recruit players who have the best chance of playing professional football in future, it is imperative that we get our recruitment right.
Our regional coordinators are responsible for organising regional trials to make the programme accessible to all. Trial dates will be announced on our website and social media platforms.

 Each developmental phase will have a set of criteria for players to follow, allowing them to make appropriate progress and transition. Coaching sessions will also be adapted for each phase of development.
